June 6, 2026 - Our Personality Development Program for Grade 8 students kicks off today and it was a good start.
Our Vice Principal opened the session by welcoming the resource person and the Director, who spoke about why this program matters right now - Grade 8 is that point where students begin stepping into a more responsible, professional version of themselves and this program is designed to support exactly that.
The coach wasted no time getting the students talking. She opened with a simple
but thought-provoking question: "What's the one thing you'd want to be
free, forever?" The answers were refreshingly honest - friendship, time
with family, the freedom to just play. It set a warm, open tone for everything
that followed.
From there, she laid out what the sessions would look like - grounded in respect and proper conduct, starting from day one itself. Students were then divided into groups and a point-based system will track their participation and engagement through the upcoming sessions.
It's only day one, but the energy in the room already says a lot. More to come.
