Celebrating the revered birth anniversary of Jesus Christ, the Christmas celebrations marked the beginning of festivities and joy that promised prosperity and brotherhood. The atmosphere at the HGS campus was suffused with prayers and benedictions, exuding ethereal peace and divinity. The assembly began with a special prayer ceremony and the Thought for the Day, spreading the message of love, kindness, and compassion. A scriptural passage was read to elaborate on the significance of the day. Kindergarten students sang carols that filled the environs with elation and festive spirit. The celebrations featured presentations that evoked devotional feelings of love and gratitude, including lively group dance performances, a skit highlighting the importance of Christmas, a Christmas speech, and a fun quiz presented by students of Kindergarten, Grades I, V, III, and IV respectively. The highlight of the celebrations was the surprise visit of Santa Claus to the students class-wise, bringing smiles and enthralling joy to each one of them. The Christmas celebrations concluded on a joyous note, spreading the true spirit of Christmas filled with kindness and compassion. Our respected Principal, Ms. Sanjivani Deshpande, and Vice-Principal, Ms. Christina Linnet, shared Christmas wishes and appreciated the efforts of students and teachers in organising the beatific Christmas celebrations.
